League of Legends - Kha'Zix (Mecha Kha'Zix)

After much request, here is the build process for the Kha'Zix cosplay I built last year.  (Didn't notice that the red underlines from Powerpoint were still there, oh well)

For those wanting to learn how to construct one of your own, hope this helps!

Check out the rest of my gallery for what it looked like!

Oh, that's amazing! Now I understand, but I've got one more question: What glue did you use to glue all this foam?

Anyway, it's still amazing! Thanks to your tutorial I can start work with my cosplay too! <3

Thanks!!!  Glad it is helpful!  I used Gorilla Glue, however, while it provides for a very strong hold, it has a very long cure time (~45 minutes for it to even start getting sticky).  Would recommend something like E6000 or anything that says "quick reacting" or "quick curing"

This suit was small enough to fit in the trunk of my car when i took it all apart.  it's not very big at all!

Thanks!  Yeah, spray paint!  first, i sprayed a layer of plastidip on all the armor so it provides a layer for the paint to stick.  if you just spray the paint on the foam, it might not come out smooth

Amazing work! I'm still getting used to working with EVA foam, what thickness did you use for this?

Oh man, I really wish this was posted before I started my project :P  Very nice contours on the EVA foam. So for the feet, there's actually foam under it to make you stand taller? How easy is it to walk around?

Thanks!  The contours on the front and back were the trickiest part, but definitely was worth how it came out and fit!

Yeah, after doing some measurements on proportions, i needed a little bit more height to make it right.  It isn't too bad walking around, they feel like flippers, so the walk is a little bit awkward.  But, looking at some video, if you are hunched over, the walk actually looks believable to the character
